Our third Bikes & Badges 2021 event was a great success. Not even the rain kept people away from Columbus Recreation and Parks Department's Far East Community Center, where Columbus Division of Police and Dublin Police handed out your donated bikes to children and their families. Center manager Roger Harper and his team were great hosts and we look forward to many more events with them.
There were a lot of happy children, and it was such fun to see them pick out their bikes, zip around the parking lot, down the gentle hill to the lower lot, and then back up. There is something so special about a kid and a bike.
