Columbus Division of Police detectives from the Special Victims Bureau will now have the opportunity to offer books to children they encounter during their duties. This wonderful partnership aims to bring comfort and support to kids in times of crisis.
We are truly honored to work with these amazing and dedicated detectives. They have such tough jobs and care so much. We're grateful for everything they do and are committed to helping them and the victims they serve in any way we can.
Thank you to Scholastic for providing our Books & Badges program with amazing books at a deep discount, and even donating variety packs of fun books when we reach certain milestones. Their generosity enables us to pass these books on to officers, schools, and as prizes at our events.
