We are incredibly grateful to have been invited to participate in the fantastic Trunk or Treat event organized by the dedicated and creative We Are Linden team. A special shout-out to Mr. Ralph Carter for leading the charge in orchestrating such a memorable and joy-filled occasion. Your unwavering commitment and passion for fostering community spirit shine through in these wonderful events, and we couldn't be more honored to be a part of them.
The hard work that goes into planning and executing these gatherings does not go unnoticed. It's heartwarming to see the smiles and excitement on the children's faces as they engage in safe, festive fun.
Speaking of smiles, the snake snap bracelets handed out by our very own board member, Columbus Division of Police Deputy Chief Tim Myers, were a huge hit! The kids were not only fascinated by these fun accessories but also completely amazed to discover that Tim's "costume" wasn't just a Halloween gimmick — he's a real-life police officer! Their thrilled reactions were absolutely priceless!
Events like this Trunk or Treat reinforce the vibrant, close-knit community we are all fortunate to be a part of. We're already looking forward to the next opportunity to collaborate and contribute to the positive atmosphere in Linden. (We'll be at Linden Community Center's Trunk or Treat on Thursday--with snake bracelets!)
