Welcome, Elsa Police Department!

We’re excited to welcome the Elsa Police Department in Texas to the Starfish Assignment family!

Their officers will be joining our Books & Badges program, stepping into classrooms to read stories and hand out books that kids can keep forever. Each one will be a gift from their law enforcement friends.

Elsa PD already does so much to connect with their community, from their Teen Life Skills Program to their Public Safety Cadets to family-friendly events like National Night Out. Adding Books & Badges is a natural fit, giving their officers another way to build trust and inspire the next generation.

We can’t wait to see the smiles, hear the stories, and share in the joy as Elsa’s students learn more about their amazing police friends.
